Return Policy

1. General conditions

  • A product purchased from Le Furniture will be fully refunded or exchanged with another product within 30 days if you change your mind on your purchase decision.
  • In the case where you want to return the product between 30 days and 60 days after the purchase date, you are eligible to receive the credit note only.
  • The conditions to receive full refund or credit note for exchange items:
    1. All returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, uninstalled condition
    2. All returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

2. Excluded products

Le Furniture does not accept refund in the following circumstances:
  • Clearance on sale items; or
  • Customized and special-order items, including integrated sink, vanities

3. Postage

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for return items
  • Le Furniture highly recommends that returned products are sen’t’ with insurance and tracking number.

4. Exchanges

  • If you change your mind and want to exchange the product, Le Furniture does not provide exchange policy under this circumstance.
  • During the wait time for exchanging product, customer can make request to get credit note from Le Furniture to shop new products from our range.

5. Quality check for returned items

  • After we receive the returned item, we will undertake quality check procedures to ensure items meet the criteria for refunded items.
  • If the returned items are unused, undamaged and is in uninstalled condition with no sign of wear or marks:
    • Le Furniture will notify through email to confirm the process of your claim
    • We will process refund to your nominated account or generate a credit note within 14 days of receiving the products at Le Furniture store.
    • If you return the discounted items, we will process refund or send credit note to you for the discounted value of the item. In term of whole order situation, discounted value will be applied equally to each item.
    • After quality check process, if a product is found to be damaged, has been installed or does not meet the criteria for original condition, that product will not be able to receive refund.
